The cost of consultation depends on the complexity of the issue, the individual situation of the client, as well as the time required by the lawyer to work out the issues of consultation:
Free consultation: Up to 30 mins. <s1>The service involves providing general information without analysing the client's individual situation and documentation.</s1>
Paid consultation: Up to 60 mins. The service involves legal analysis of all relevant circumstances, materials and documentation of the client.
- Initial legal advice on the criteria and requirements for document execution
- Legal analysis of documents prepared by the client
- Preparing a motivational letter in Spanish
- Coordination of translation of documents into Spanish and private health insurance (translation and insurance costs are to be paid separately)
- Assistance in preparing the response and documents in case of additional enquiry
- Appeal in case of refusal
- Tax advice: on request
- NIE (foreigner identification number), Empadronamiento (registration card), Autorización de regreso, invitation: 90 euros
- Electronic signature: 60 euros
- Diploma legalisation: on request
- Legal analysis of the lease agreement: on request
- Personal assistance of a lawyer with government authorities, banks, transactions, etc.: on request (Madrid only).

- Consultation for adapting a business idea
- Preparing a presentation in Spanish
- Calculation of a financial model
- Preparation of a business plan in Spanish in accordance with the criteria for a start-up visa
